TryPlaceObject(int, int, int, int, string, string, HandingType, double, double, double, double, AltitudeType, double, bool, bool, bool, out Object)
The same as PlaceObject(int, int, int, int, string, string, HandingType, double, double, double, double, AltitudeType, double, bool, bool, bool) except of it doesn't throws an exception if failed to place the object.
