Remarks
Can be positive or negative. The meaning of the value depends on SellerSpecialTermType property.
This property operates on the same value as DiscountValue.
The returned value can be either relative or absolute
decimal number. Relative numbers start with +
or -
sign and followed by the decimal number itself. Absolute numbers
are expressed as decimal numbers without preceding signs (and
they can't be negative). You can use Scene.SpecialTermValue struct to parse the value into
double.
